About MS Intelligence
MS Intelligence stands for Maternal Systems Intelligence.
We are a specialist consultancy focused on the systems that shape maternity care. Our purpose is to support safer, more connected and more effective maternity services through intelligence, governance and evidence-informed decision-making.
Â
Maternity care does not operate through clinical practice alone. Outcomes are influenced by the way services are designed, how information moves, how decisions are made, how staff work together and how well digital and governance systems support care.
MS Intelligence brings these elements together.

Our purpose
Our purpose is to help organisations understand and improve the systems surrounding maternity care.
We support services to:
-
Understand how their current system is functioning
-
Identify risks, gaps and opportunities
-
Translate evidence into practical service design
-
Connect clinical, operational and digital requirements
-
Implement change in complex healthcare environments
-
Use data to guide decisions and monitor performance
-
Build sustainable capability within their workforce
The aim is not simply to produce recommendations. It is to create clear, usable solutions that can be implemented and sustained.
01
Clinically grounded
Solutions are informed by real maternity practice and an understanding of how care is delivered across the consumer journey.
04
Human centered
Consumers, clinicians and operational teams are considered throughout design and implementation.
Our approach
02
System focused
We examine the relationships between people, processes, information, technology, governance and organisational structures.
05
Data enabled
We use information and performance intelligence to understand current systems, identify priorities and measure improvement.
03
Evidence informed
Recommendations are based on contemporary evidence, professional standards, service data and local context.
06
Implementation oriented
We design with implementation in mind, including governance, workforce, workflows, communication, training, evaluation and sustainability.
